Restaurant seasoning and buying guides
How should you plan bulk purchases shipped from China?
Bring menu demand, case sizes and purchasing lead times into one plan.

Start with your menu and expected consumption, rather than only comparing the price of one pack. List the products, destination, expected usage and acceptable arrival window, then check fixed specifications, case quantities and each product’s minimum order.
Direct shipping from China involves both preparation and transport. Ask which costs the quotation includes and which are extra, and align the plan with your import arrangements and storage capacity. Do not assume different products have the same lead time or can be freely mixed into cartons.
For an initial purchase, agree samples and complete kitchen trials before confirming a bulk order. For reorders, retain the confirmed SKU, case size, quantity and target arrival date so both parties can check the supply terms again.
