Xijiang Chuanshuo’s founder Yang Jingyong comes from Zhenyuan in Guizhou and is described by the brand as a third-generation sour-broth tradition bearer. His love of Miao and Dong culture led him to start with a small sliced-fish eatery. Sour broth remains the link between regional heritage and today’s dining table.
