About Woklane

An Asia food supply-chain service company

We are the remote sourcing and supply-chain team for overseas food buyers, and we help brands with distribution across Asia and overseas. We never take title to goods, set prices, or handle payments.

Who runs Woklane

Contracting entity

Woklane Limited (Hong Kong). Your service agreement is with Woklane Limited, and your service fee is paid to it.

Delivery team

Our on-the-ground supply-chain team in Nanjing, China — sourcing, factory visits, negotiation support, quality and compliance.

How we’re paid

By you, for the service — never by the factories we vet, and never as a markup on your goods.

Our relationship with J-Origin

Woklane and J-Origin are separate brands under common ownership. J-Origin is a trading and execution company — it buys, manufactures, private-labels and exports. Woklane is a service company — it advises, sources and connects, and does not take title to goods. Because they share ownership, we disclose it plainly: J-Origin is never listed as a supplier inside Woklane’s verified directory. When a client wants hands-on execution, J-Origin may be one of several options, and its role is disclosed. This keeps our advice independent of any single factory or trader.

Verified options, honest advice, a team on the ground.

Our role — and where it ends

Woklane provides sourcing, factory-checking and connection services only. Our factory checks and verification are based on documents and information available at a point in time and are provided as assistance — they are not a guarantee or warranty of any factory’s identity, quality, compliance or performance, and we do not take responsibility for the result. We give no legal, regulatory, food-safety or import-compliance advice and accept no responsibility or liability for FSVP, customs, import compliance, food safety, labelling, product conformity or any other legal or regulatory matter. As the buyer or importer of record, you are solely responsible for verifying suppliers and for meeting all legal and regulatory requirements in your market before acting.
