For manufacturers
A real factory. Real buyers. No English required.
You make excellent food. Woklane helps present it to overseas sourcing teams — translating your catalog, reviewing submitted records and presenting your products properly, without requiring your own English content team or product photographer.
Sound familiar?
No English team
Buyers write in English and you cannot reply quickly or confidently — so leads go cold.
No marketing budget
Trade shows and B2B platform fees are expensive, with no guarantee of a single real buyer.
No product photos
Your listings look weaker than they should because you have no proper photography or copy.

What we ask of you.
Overseas buyers decide fast, and they judge factories by how they handle three things. These are the standards we hold every listed factory to.
Answer document requests within 48 hours
When a buyer asks for a certificate or license, reply promptly and state the document’s exact scope and validity. If you do not hold the requested record, say so plainly. Accurate, current information helps buyers complete their own due diligence.
Stay open to audits
Buyers may request a video walkthrough or an independent audit. Tell them what access is available, what lead time is needed and whether any cost applies. On-site review is recorded only when that step has actually been completed.
Your existing buyers stay yours
Bring your current customers to your Woklane page freely — direct contact is free, forever, for everyone. We never charge you for relationships you built yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions — For Suppliers
How do I list my factory on Woklane, and is it free?
The standard listing has no listing fee. Submit the initial factory profile through this form; Woklane then provides a secure route for business, manufacturing and applicable food-safety records. A public profile is created only after the checks required for its displayed verification level are complete.
How does Woklane verify my factory?
Woklane records three verification depths. L1 reviews business identity and manufacturing role against submitted registration records. L2 adds review of applicable food-safety or market documents for the recorded scope and validity date. L3 adds a recorded on-site or equivalent audit step. The level describes checks completed; it is not a product guarantee or regulatory approval.
Do buyers get my contact details directly?
It depends on the path. On the Managed path, Woklane relays communication under the agreed service scope. On the Direct path, protected contact details are released only when a buyer reaches the required T2 level after submitting sourcing intent and passing review. Anonymous visitors and automated scrapers do not receive those details.
What does it cost me — is there a commission?
The standard listing has no listing fee. Fees apply only to separately agreed Woklane-coordinated services or commercial programs. Scope, price and payment trigger are confirmed in writing before any paid work begins.
What documents do I need to provide?
Start with a business registration record and evidence of your manufacturing role. Woklane then requests the food-safety, market, product and production records applicable to the level and categories being reviewed. An L3 status is shown only after the required on-site or equivalent audit step is recorded.
How long does verification take?
Timing depends on record completeness, response time, document scope and whether an on-site step is required. Woklane confirms the next action after initial review and does not promise a fixed completion date or placement position.
Who are the buyers on Woklane?
Woklane serves overseas importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and food-service buyers sourcing Asian food. Buyer access and information are released progressively under the T0–T3 model; registration alone does not mean every buyer or request has passed the same review depth.
