Who does the work
Your service agreement is with Woklane Limited (Hong Kong). The sourcing, factory visits and on-the-ground coordination are done by our team in Nanjing, China. We recommend factories our people have actually visited.

Our role — and where it ends
Woklane provides sourcing, factory-checking and connection services only. Our factory checks and verification are based on documents and information available at a point in time and are provided as assistance — they are not a guarantee or warranty of any factory’s identity, quality, compliance or performance, and we do not take responsibility for the result. We give no legal, regulatory, food-safety or import-compliance advice and accept no responsibility or liability for FSVP, customs, import compliance, food safety, labelling, product conformity or any other legal or regulatory matter. As the buyer or importer of record, you are solely responsible for verifying suppliers and for meeting all legal and regulatory requirements in your market before acting.

What does Woklane do for buyers?
We find and check Asian food factories, translate your requirement into a factory-ready spec, negotiate on your behalf, and coordinate samples, quality and documents — end to end. You contract and pay the factory directly; Woklane only takes a service fee.
How does Woklane charge?
A transparent service fee on your order value — 10% on small orders scaling down to 4% on large ones (minimum $300), and your first project is 50% off. No markup on factory prices, and never a kickback from the factory.
Do you take the money or buy the goods?
No. You pay the factory or bank directly and hold the contract. Woklane never takes title to goods or handles your funds — we verify and coordinate on a service fee only.
How do you check a factory?
We verify a factory’s identity, production-licence scope, current certifications and destination-market access, and share the evidence (our L1/L2/L3 levels). A check reduces risk; it is not a guarantee.
