Our factory checks and verification are based on documents and information available at a point in time and are provided as assistance — they are not a guarantee or warranty of any factory’s identity, quality, compliance or performance, and we do not take responsibility for the result. We give no legal, regulatory, food-safety or import-compliance advice and accept no responsibility or liability for FSVP, customs, import compliance, food safety, labelling, product conformity or any other legal or regulatory matter. As the buyer or importer of record, you are solely responsible for verifying suppliers and for meeting all legal and regulatory requirements in your market before acting.
