Our role — and where it ends
Woklane provides design, sourcing, factory-checking and connection services only. Design is produced to your brief; you are responsible for the accuracy of the content you supply and approve, and for ensuring your labelling and claims meet the rules in your destination market. Our factory checks and verification are provided as assistance and are not a guarantee or warranty of any factory’s identity, quality, compliance or performance. We give no legal, regulatory, food-safety or import-compliance advice. As the buyer or importer of record, you are solely responsible for verifying suppliers and for meeting all legal and regulatory requirements in your market before acting.
